My Mission
I’ve always heard that if you love what you do you never have to work a day in your life.  What I enjoyed most about working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery was feeding and holding the babies.  Visitors would walk by and say “I wish I had your job!”  I’d always reply with “Can you believe I get paid to do this?”  Many parents would also ask “Will you come home with us and take care of our baby when we’re discharged?”  From these conversations the idea of Pampered Preemies started to develop in my mind.

After volunteering to help several years ago with septuplets after they left the hospital, the idea became more of a driving force in my life.  I remember thinking what a great job it would be to feed and play with babies every day.  I have been planning this daycare in my head for more than two decades and now it is a reality.
My Goal
My goal is to create a warm, safe and loving environment where a baby will not only thrive but develop to their highest potential. No one can replace a parent, but, for parents who must work, they can do so knowing their baby’s physical and emotional needs are being met. Babies receive individual care from myself and my quality staff and volunteers who LOVE babies. All personnel are non-smokers and background checks are done on all. Our babies are played with and encouraged to enjoy tummy-time, development-appropriate toys and interaction with caregivers. The first year of life is so important. This is the time when needs must be met for babies to establish trust and feel secure. We help the babies learn to interact with people, using music and play therapy, not television.
